POUR DECISIONS: OUR MISSION
Pour Decisions apparel came about after many years of working events in Lafayette, Louisiana with a bar cart service. Watching people bond over drinks, often suspending their differences to have a good time...that’s where it’s at for us. We called our company Pour Decisions in honor of that ritual - meeting up for drinks to relax, connect, and even network professionally. Being based in South Louisiana, famous for its hospitality industry, gave us our inspiration. Our motto is “It’s not just a brand. It’s a culture.” If you’ve ever partied in Louisiana, you get it.
Designing apparel and other merchandise was a natural next step for us, as it was being requested by people all over town who were familiar with our events for Mardi Gras, professional mixers, and things of that nature. Seeing the Pour Decisions logo became a marker, like you’ve joined a club.
When you rep our brand, it’s a little bit like you’ve stepped onto the scene, not just in our hometown, but globally, as someone who likes to have a good time but who also means business. That’s why we write human interest pieces about folks in the hospitality industry: essentially, if you are making “pour decisions,” we want to shine a spotlight on you and your brand.
Because that’s what Pour Decisions stands for. It’s not a competition to get to the top - it’s about lifting each other up so we can all get a piece of the pie.
